Packaging

Every piece is packed by hand in the studio. Glass is wrapped, cushioned and boxed to survive the journey, and larger or more delicate work is double-boxed. We have been doing this a long time and very little goes wrong.

Shipping

We ship from Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Postage is calculated at checkout based on the size of the piece and where it is going. Everything is sent tracked, and anything of significant value is insured for its full price. You will get tracking details by email once your piece is on its way. If you are local, you are welcome to collect from the gallery instead — just let us know.

If something arrives damaged

It is rare, but glass is glass. If a piece arrives broken, contact us with a photo and we will put it right. Please keep the packaging until everything is sorted, as the carrier may need to see it.

Returns

Every piece is one of a kind and photographed as accurately as we can manage. If something is not what you expected, get in touch and we will find a solution that works. Commissioned and custom pieces are final sale.
