Glass Blowing: Make a Pendant

  • 1 hr 30 min
  • Max 8 people
  • Jared Omas/ KRO Glass
  • Pagosa Springs, CO
1/3

What you'll do

Work with molten glass at the torch and create your own wearable glass pendant to take home. Jared will guide you through the process of adding color, shaping, and forming your pendant. No experience is needed, and everything is provided. Classes are available for individuals, couples, or groups of up to eight people.

What's included

  • All materials and glass
  • All tools and safety equipment
  • Instruction throughout — you work the glass, we stay beside you
  • Your finished piece to take home

Know before you go

  • Wear closed-toe shoes and natural fibres — cotton or denim. Synthetics and hot glass don't get along.
  • Tie long hair back. Leave loose sleeves and scarves at home.
  • Arrive ten minutes early so we can get you kitted out and start on time.
  • Ages 12 and up at the torch. Younger visitors are welcome to watch.
  • Glass has to cool overnight, so pieces are usually collected the next day. We can post it if you're passing through.
